TREKK’s construction inspection team gives our clients the peace of mind that their projects are being constructed as designed. We work with state transportation officials and Local Public Agencies (LPA) across Kansas and Missouri to administer the terms of their contracts with the contractor. By acting as your eyes and ears in the field, we help our clients avoid the significant schedule delays, costly budget overruns and inconveniences to the public that may result from construction errors.
Our construction inspection team offers experience with the construction of roadway, highway, sidewalk, storm and sanitary sewer, utility relocation and facility projects. Each TREKK construction inspector has completed OHSA 10-hour Training and maintains current certifications with the Kansas and Missouri Departments of Transportation, as well as with several Class I railroads.
We build relationships with our clients and the community, keeping them apprised of construction activities affecting their property. This requires continuous communication between client staff and our construction observation staff, monthly coordination meetings to track project goals and objectives, weekly construction progress meetings with contractor, client staff, affected residents and business owners and local agencies.
