Summer 2025 Internship

Transportation, Water Systems, Survey, or Civil Team
Temporary/seasonal full-time

Interns will be exposed to an array of civil engineering functions as they assist lead engineers with project studies, design evaluations and calculations.

Intern Responsibilities

  • Assists engineering team with the preparation of engineering drawings and documents as assigned

  • Assists in engineering analysis and preparation of engineering reports, maps, drawings, designs, specifications, plans and permits for projects

  • Perform basic engineering calculations

  • Organize information for use in drawings or other documents

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

  • May assist with field work and/or construction inspections

Education, Licensing, Certification and Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a high school, college or university, pursuing a career in the field of civil engineering
