At TREKK, we believe culture is more than happy hours and ping pong tables (although we have both!). It’s about the people you work with and the lives you impact. It’s believing that every staff member is valued equally and encouraged to forge their own path.
We think problem solving is fun. But so are pickleball and ping pong tournaments, chili cookoffs and ice cream socials, and Red Fridays.
We’re also passionate about serving our communities. You’ll find us mentoring aspiring young engineers, fundraising for local charities and cleaning up parks. Our people take active leadership roles in community, civic, academic and industry groups.
