Improving Lives Award Winner Leads with Integrity and Heart

Each year TREKK spotlights an employee who demonstrates continuing effort toward IMPROVING LIVES through kindness, encouragement, professionalism and dependability. The award is given in memory of valued TREKK team member, Damien Simpson. Recipients are nominated by their TREKK peers, making it that much more fulfilling.

This year’s honoree is Kansas City-based field technician, Bryson Williams, who impacts the people around him with his uplifting and contagious smile, thoughtfulness and integrity. Always one to step up for the challenging jobs, Bryson is a true leader at TREKK.

Bryson said it was emotional to receive this honor on behalf of his co-workers and friend. “It is extremely meaningful to receive this in honor of Damien and the impact he had on anyone he encountered. I'm looking forward to continuing the TREKK culture of improving lives in the many communities that we serve.”

TREKK is proud to acknowledge Bryson’s commitment to living out our purpose of IMPROVING LIVES. We have made a $1,000 grant contribution to his designated charity, The Village KC, a local non-profit organization serving middle and high school students in the greater Kansas City area.
