Job Description

Core Support Team
Full-time, hourly and non-exempt position

Document Administrator Responsibilities

  • Answers routine questions from clients, inspectors, and contractors regarding construction projects; maintains records of correspondence
  • Manages all requests for documentation from internal and external stakeholders. Prepares complex forms, letters and reports, technical in nature
  • Communicates changes to document control procedures or other relevant information to the project team in consultation with the Project Manager
  • Prepares and sends project change orders, pay estimates, progress reports, meeting notes, and assists in project closeout
  • Prepares for, attends, and participates in preconstruction meetings, progress meetings, and closeout meetings
  • Job may require working from job site trailers, job site visits and PPE requirements when in the field

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Knowledge of construction projects, standards, and documentation systems such as AASHTO Ware Project (AWP), e-Builder and other client driven systems
  • Proven skills with Microsoft Office Suite and key applications
  • Proven organization skills and the ability to maintain precise records
