TREKK360

TREKK built our TREKK360 camera as a lighter, safer and more versatile tool for underground structure assessments. TREKK360 allows us to provide quality panoramic visuals for accurate condition assessments without requiring confined space entry, helping us work smarter and safer. A 3D-printed motorized lowering rig allows for wireless deployment into the deepest manholes, with no manned entry required.

These lighter, faster, more nimble deployments work for:

  • Manhole inspections
  • Documenting sewer walks
  • Tunnel mapping
  • Building inventory
  • Pipe diameter verifications
  • Stormwater condition assessments
  • Pre- and post-construction/rehabilitation documentation

The visuals are rich and immersive, well-illuminated and free of obstruction above and below. Every scan is provided in a browser-based viewer that requires no software installation and can be attached to an asset management system with simple hyperlinking for viewing on any device.

As part of the TREKK360 capture process, 3D models of every structure can also be generated, complete with sectional cutaways and virtual measurements that can be taken conveniently from a simple web browser.

TREKK360 benefits include:

  • Faster and more complete underground inspections
  • Comprehensive views, yielding greater defect discovery
  • All TREKK field crews are equipped for rapid use
  • Reduced exposure to hydrogen sulfide gas and Arc Flash hazards
  • Measurement accuracy
  • Deliverables are around 10 MB to 25 MB per scan
  • No special software or license requirements
