Through an in-depth needs assessment, TREKK evaluated the city’s existing GIS infrastructure and implemented a strategic plan to optimize its GIS framework. This included data migration, organizing, merging, cataloging existing GIS files, providing custom GIS applications and implementing a robust online and mobile presence. These solutions were designed to provide city staff with easier access to GIS data, enabling them to efficiently analyze, visualize and support key functions like zoning, land-use planning, asset management and emergency response.
We used our extensive expertise in spatial analytics and system integration to help ensure the city’s GIS infrastructure is scalable. By leveraging our vast experience in geospatial technologies, we have enhanced Grandview’s ability to make data-driven decisions across various departments, from Public Works to Community Planning.
