As a part of the design-build team, TREKK’s engineers design creative, cost-effective concepts that are easily constructed. Based on our experience, we have developed best practices in survey and design to expedite processes and often reduce project costs. We appreciate the collaborative spirit between the contractor and engineer during design development to create solutions that address each project’s unique challenges. Our team has a strong understanding of the various municipal, state and federal standards, as well as design-build best practices.

As the owner’s engineer, TREKK serves as an extension of staff and guides the owner through the design-build process. TREKK staff have assisted owners with all aspects of the design-build process, from procurement through construction.
