MetroLink Cortex Station

The MetroLink Cortex light-rail stop is located on the east side of Boyle Avenue, between the existing Central West End and Grand stations, inside of the Cortex Innovation District. The new MetroLink Station was part of a $15.4 million project to update transportation options surrounding the St. Louis tech hub.
TREKK provided civil design services for the construction of the new station, as well as design for the first section of the Chouteau Greenway. The greenway trail will eventually connect Forest Park to the Gateway Arch. The project also included the extension of the Central West End Station platform.
TREKK’s services included stormwater management, green infrastructure, accessibility, roadway and greenway designs and coordination with adjacent developments that were constructed simultaneously.
